Mary Jelkovsky is an Arizona-based content creator, podcast host, and author with a strong emphasis on self-love and body positivity. These interests developed over time as Mary struggled with perfectionism and disordered eating, and chose to intimately share her recovery with her social audience. Along the way, she has facilitated 8 worldwide female empowerment retreats and released two self-love focused workbooks. In late 2023, Mary launched her own tea, Hibiscus Heart, in partnership with Kazi Yetu, a women-led company in Tanzania. Mary is a true fosterer of community, encouragement, and healing.

Mary aligns with brands such as Open, Cora and AG1; holding wellness, health, and transparency as her top priorities. Mary just recently married the love of her life, and the couple are focusing on building a home and soon starting a family!
